Defective garments, or garments with defective embroidery may be returned for full credit.
First quality garments without logo(s) are returnable for credit with a 20% restocking fee.
First quality garments with logo(s) are not returnable. It is suggested that client match up any mis-ordered logoed product with another employee’s needs. However, if client needs another option for goods in this category, LPMG will allow returns of logoed items only with the following stipulations:
- Advance return authorization required. Please call 877-523-4285 for return authorization. Authorization number must be enclosed with the return.
- Only garments with hangtags intact, unwashed, in new condition are eligible.
- Return freight to be paid by client.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee.
- Credit will not be issued for returned product, but product will be offered for sale on client’s web store.
- LPMG will credit full value to individual employee’s stipend account.
- When product is subsequently resold, client will be billed for only 25% of value (representing restocking fee).
- At the end of a 12 month period, any unsold returned goods will be the responsibility of the client, and will be billed as outlined above.
If there is doubt as to the size to order, please consult the Sizing Charts on the webstore. If necessary, we suggest that “blank” garments be ordered to try on for sizing (this will incur an additional shipping charges).
